  • How does this work?

    With MyStaffNow, you tell us what you are looking for and what you need done.  We then search our pool of elite talent and match you to the best fit for your business.

  • How does the guarantee work?

    Simply sign up through our website. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your MyStaffNow experience, contact your MyStaffNow Client Success Manager and we’ll make it right.

  • How do you recruit your talent?

    Our recruitment team actively looks for the best,  independent professionals, evaluating them on portfolios, work history and professional recommendations. Fewer than 20% of applicants are accepted into our network.

  • How does billing work?

    Our talent members are under contract with us, and we are the billing intermediary – collecting payment from clients and paying our talent. At the end of the month, we send you a statement of the hours incurred on your account for that month. The total hours will never exceed the amount you previously authorized.

  • Is MyStaffNow more expensive than hiring talent on my own?

    Typically, we cost less than working with talent independently. Since we centrally handle sales, marketing and back office administration for our network, talent members spend their time doing the work they love. In return their MyStaffNow rate is lower than their standard market rate.

  • How is MyStaffNow different from traditional outsourcing?

    Instead of working with an anonymous entity, MyStaffNow’s platform is completely transparent, so you can openly build relationships with well-established independent professionals.
